Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions managing globally recognized car rental brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Operating through an integrated network of independent regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Mobility offers a diverse portfolio of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation solutions designed to make travel easier and more convenient. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company manages a fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue annually, serving customers across more than 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations in over 90 countries and territories.

Enterprise Mobility is currently hiring immediately for its respected Management Training Program, a structured career development initiative designed to prepare future leaders within the company. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in a thriving, customer-focused environment that offers a clear pathway to advancement. Positions are available in Raleigh, North Carolina at 5105 Capital Blvd., or nearby branches.

The Management Training Program offers participants an immersive training experience where they will acquire essential business skills and knowledge from day one. Trainees will learn all aspects of the business, including sales, customer service, retail management, business development, and operations, enabling them to become well-rounded leaders. The program emphasizes continuous development through mentoring, hands-on experience, and exposure to community business relationships. Trainees will be entrusted to serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners while mastering behind-the-scenes operational expertise.

This role demands a strong customer service orientation, leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while managing teams effectively. The program is designed not just to equip participants with critical operational competencies but also to foster a culture of friendly competition and promotion from within, ensuring participants have clear progression opportunities in their careers. The company values innovation, dedication, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

The position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000 based on an average 47-hour workweek. Enterprise Mobility offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. This robust package is designed to support employee wellbeing and future security.

Enterprise Mobility is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming candidates of all backgrounds, including veterans and individuals with disabilities. The company fosters a supportive work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth, enabling employees to thrive as key contributors to the company’s global success.
