Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, one of the most respected companies in the transportation and car rental industry. The company owns and operates prominent brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a well-integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. With operations spanning more than 90 countries and territories and a network of over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations, Enterprise Mobility has built a comprehensive service portfolio including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility, together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generated nearly $39 billion in revenue. This establishes Enterprise Mobility as a dominant force in the global transportation sector.

Enterprise Mobility takes pride in fostering a culture that promotes employee development and internal advancement opportunities. They are currently hiring immediately for their well-structured Management Training Program located at 1020 N. Anderson Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29730, or one of the surrounding branches. This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals who aspire to start their career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The position offers a competitive first-year targeted annual compensation of $50,025.30, with an expectation of an average 47-hour workweek. The employment type is full-time with an emphasis on career growth and mentoring.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility is designed to provide new hires with comprehensive training, development, and mentoring. Trainees begin learning the business from day one, working in neighborhood branches where they simultaneously serve as the face of the brand to customers and partners while gaining operational expertise behind the scenes. The program aims to equip trainees with the skills required to successfully operate their own branch, develop a business pipeline, and lead a team. The curriculum includes hands-on experiences in customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and operational oversight. A culture of friendly competition is encouraged to cultivate growth at both business and individual levels, ensuring trainees build their professional competence in an engaging work environment.

Enterprise Mobility also places importance on community engagement, encouraging trainees to establish meaningful relationships that aid in business development and career advancement. Employees benefit from a robust benefits package that includes paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan complete with company matching and profit sharing. The company welcomes applications from individuals seeking long-term careers and values diversity by being an equal opportunity employer. This training program is particularly suited for candidates eager to grow into leadership roles within a thriving and supportive organizational culture.
