  • Ability to perform duties of hourly employees
  • Understanding of facilities and maintenance
  • Leadership and management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of general manager experience
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Knowledge of EBITDA and PACE numbers
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Aloha POS beneficial
  • Ability to perform hourly duties

Job Duties

  • Hiring and training the right staff
  • 5 star hospitality and guest service
  • Maintaining high quality food standards and execution
  • Providing amazing leadership and management to the staff and other managers
  • Understanding EBITDA and PACE numbers
  • Upholding 5 star sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Managing facilities, equipment, and repair and maintenance procedures
  • Completing duties of hourly positions as needed
