Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee dining room operations including guest seating and placement of large parties
- Act as a goodwill ambassador to Guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Manage guest flow and waiting lists efficiently
- Coordinate with service staff to maintain high standards of service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with the training and development of front-of-house staff
- Support special events and large gatherings in the restaurant environment
