Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Familiarity with reservation and seating software helpful

Job Duties

  • Oversee dining room operations including guest seating and placement of large parties
  • Act as a goodwill ambassador to Guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
  • Manage guest flow and waiting lists efficiently
  • Coordinate with service staff to maintain high standards of service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with the training and development of front-of-house staff
  • Support special events and large gatherings in the restaurant environment
