Located in Milwaukee Downtown at 710 N Plankinton Ave Ste 740, WI, this company emphasizes a culture centered around valuing its team members and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Recognizing that great employees drive great results, Reimagined Parking fosters an encouraging and positive work environment where excellence is not just expected but celebrated. As part of their operations department, they seek individuals who are committed to upholding the company’s values and contributing to smooth facility management. This employment opportunity is part-time with a flexible shift schedule covering days, nights, and weekends, offering an hourly pay ranging between $17.00 and $18.00, reflecting competitive compensation for the role's responsibilities.

The Maintenance/Porter position at Reimagined Parking plays a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of parking facilities run without disruption. Individuals in this role perform a wide variety of tasks, encompassing routine custodial duties, basic maintenance repairs, and inspections of parking equipment to maintain the facility’s appearance and operational safety. This position reports directly to the Location Manager and requires close collaboration with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to meet the company’s stringent cleanliness and safety standards. Maintenance staff are responsible for upkeep tasks such as replacing lighting, assisting with minor repairs, and maintaining the overall aesthetic condition of parking structures including poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, and gates that conform to company guidelines. They also handle daily custodial work including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal not only in the garage but also in restroom and office areas.

Moreover, the job entails conducting thorough inspections of parking equipment like ticket dispensers and gate arms, promptly addressing operational issues or delegating more complex repairs as necessary. Facility safety is a top priority, so employees also clear debris from ramps and parking areas using tools such as shovels, snow blowers, and leaf blowers. Maintaining inventory for janitorial supplies ensures the facility always has resources on hand to uphold cleanliness. Interaction with guests requires a courteous and professional demeanor, where staff assist with inquiries or concerns, escalating issues to management when appropriate. The role also involves operating company vehicles such as golf carts safely within the premises to facilitate mobility and efficiency. Candidates for this role must be dependable, detail-oriented, and exhibit a strong sense of teamwork and communication skills to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Overall, this part-time Maintenance/Porter position offers not only a competitive wage and flexible hours but also the chance to be part of a reputable company that supports employee growth and well-being. Working at Reimagined Parking means contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment that greatly enhances customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the parking industry.
