The ability to perform repairs efficiently within set time limits and adapt to new skills quickly is crucial. Moreover, maintaining an active and valid driver’s license is mandatory as the job may involve transportation between community sites.
Joining Balfour Beatty Communities means becoming part of an organization that values its employees by providing competitive benefits such as medical and dental insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401K with employer matching, comprehensive paid time off including vacation and personal days, and more. Employees also have access to short-term and long-term disability coverage, and parental leave, reinforcing a supportive work-life balance.
