The position of Maintenance Supervisor on the 3rd shift is a critical role within Cargill's Food Enterprise division, which is committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with an extensive range of innovative ingredients and branded products. This role involves supervising the management and control of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) warehouse materials within the organization. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for executing tactical activities that align with and support the broader area strategies. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures operational effectiveness through efficient management of storeroom processes, inventory control, and material condition strategies. This position demands collaboration with vendors to uphold contracts and streamline maintenance repair and operations processes. Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- minimum one year of directly related work experience

Job Duties
- plan and prioritize material and obsolescence management as well as maintain condition strategies to provide operational effectiveness
- execute storeroom processes associated with receiving, inventory and dispatching for both internal and external locations
- collaborate with vendors and contract adherence related to maintenance repair and operations stores activities
- ensure all maintenance repair and operations materials are in optimum conditions
- improve collaborations with maintenance processes for smooth work management integration
- provide feedback on process and continuous improvement activities
- other duties as assigned
- responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports
- spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team
