The position of Maintenance Supervisor on the 3rd shift is a critical role within Cargill's Food Enterprise division, which is committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with an extensive range of innovative ingredients and branded products. This role involves supervising the management and control of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) warehouse materials within the organization. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for executing tactical activities that align with and support the broader area strategies. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures operational effectiveness through efficient management of storeroom processes, inventory control, and material condition strategies. This position demands collaboration with vendors to uphold contracts and streamline maintenance repair and operations processes. Moreover, the role contributes to continuous improvement efforts by providing valuable feedback on processes and fostering smoother integrations with maintenance workflows.

In this supervisory capacity, you will oversee personnel decisions including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports.
