Currently, Legacy Parking is seeking a hardworking, outgoing, and motivated maintenance personnel to join their Atlanta team. This full-time, Monday through Friday position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys taking pride in maintaining a facility's appearance and functionality. The maintenance personnel will be responsible for a variety of general maintenance and custodial duties within the parking garage to ensure that the premises remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
The role involves monitoring the condition of the facility and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Daily tasks include identifying and repairing malfunctioning equipment, performing routine ground and equipment cleaning, conducting safety checks, and adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager. The maintenance worker will operate essential machinery such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers to keep the facility in top condition. They will also be responsible for accurately logging maintenance activities and reporting necessary supplies or tools to management.
In addition to maintenance duties, this role requires a strong commitment to customer service. The maintenance personnel must consistently uphold Legacy Parking's customer service standards by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers, co-workers, management, and the general public. The ability to work flexibly, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays, may be necessary to ensure continuous facility upkeep and service quality.
Physically, this job demands stamina and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The role involves medium to heavy physical work, including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting objects weighing up to 100 pounds. Candidates should have previous experience or knowledge in general maintenance or custodial work, with preferred experience in operating power washers and sweeper scrubbers.

Job Duties
- Identify and repair improperly functioning equipment on property
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Conduct safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash and debris removal
- Adhere to and proceed with preventative maintenance schedule drafted by Location Manager
- Operate machinery such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers
- Accurately and timely report to maintenance logs
- Notify Location Manager of required materials, supplies, and tools to perform job function
