Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in janitorial or light maintenance work
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment for cleaning and minor repairs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work weekday and weekend hours, including holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with light maintenance processes and tools
- Experience in janitorial or light maintenance work
- Previous experience in a hospitality, facility, or clubhouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness facilities and shower rooms, restocking supplies as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and minor repairs
- Address spills, stains, and other cleaning emergencies promptly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a polished appearance
- Maintain outdoor areas, including patios, walkways, and entrances, by removing debris and ensuring a tidy environment
- Assist with basic event setup and teardown as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas needing cleaning or minor repairs
- Report larger maintenance or repair issues to the Maintenance Supervisor for follow-up
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and materials inventory
- Perform other related duties as assigned
