The role of Maintenance Landscaper at Associa is a vital position that combines landscaping excellence with custodial responsibilities to maintain and enhance the appearance and functionality of the community grounds and facilities. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $17.50, with potential for increased pay if you hold a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. The role follows a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the expectation of working every fourth weekend for 4 hours a day, totaling 40 hours per week.

As a Maintenance Landscaper, you will primarily focus on landscaping tasks, ensuring that the outdoor grounds remain clean, attractive, and well-maintained throughout the year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will extend to various light maintenance and custodial tasks including cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and replenishing restroom supplies, ensuring all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
