This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and independent employer, distinct from McDonald's USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are solely handled by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no control or involvement in these employment decisions. If hired, you will work for the franchisee and not McDonald's USA.

The role available is for a Maintenance Person position, integral to keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and operational. This position is crucial in supporting management to maintain high standards of interior and exterior cleanliness and in the upkeep of all restaurant equipment. The Maintenance Person will be equipped with the necessary tools and training to excel and will contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring the facility is well-maintained and inviting.
