The Maintenance Director role at Brightview is a pivotal leadership position within our community management team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Proficiency in use of hand and power tools, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair, and painting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong customer orientation for older adults
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair, and painting
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-oriented approach towards older adults
- Valid and appropriate driver’s license with driving record in good standing
- Effective communication skills in English
