- previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- unload delivery truck twice a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC/exhaust units and the roof of debris
