These tasks include daily filtering of fryers to ensure optimal food quality, maintaining the outside grounds to provide an inviting atmosphere, and cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms. The Maintenance Person will also be tasked with unloading deliveries, managing waste through trash compactor maintenance, changing light bulbs to ensure well-lit work and dining areas, and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units along with removing debris from the roof.

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
