McDonald's, a leading global fast food brand, is renowned for its commitment to quality, customer service, and community engagement. This specific restaurant emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for both customers and employees, making it a crucial part of the local community dining experience. The franchisee operates independently of McDonald's USA, managing all employment decisions, which includes hiring, supervision, and scheduling. In this role, you will perform a wide range of duties, encompassing the upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant premises and equipment. Your responsibilities will include filtering oil fryers daily to ensure food quality and safety, maintaining the outside grounds for an appealing and safe environment, and keeping equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms clean and orderly. You will also assist with unloading delivery trucks twice a week, taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain waste control, changing light bulbs to ensure proper lighting, and cleaning HVAC and exhaust units, including roof debris removal, which is essential for maintaining proper ventilation and adherence to safety standards. This multifaceted position requires a proactive attitude, reliability, and the physical capability to handle various maintenance tasks. The role supports a friendly work environment and offers growth opportunities, backed by tools and training to empower you to succeed within the team. Being part of this team means contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant atmosphere that helps deliver excellent customer service and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals who appreciate teamwork, enjoy hands-on work, and are dedicated to maintaining high standards in a busy restaurant environment. Being a franchise-operated location, you will have access to benefits such as competitive wages, flexible schedules, college tuition assistance up to $2,500 yearly, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee meals at a discount, national employee discounts, recognition programs, and other perks that enhance your working experience.
