The company prides itself on partnering with top hospitality brands and providing comprehensive services including hotel development, design and construction, e-commerce solutions, and revenue management. Renowned for excellence and innovation, Shaner Hotels commits to delivering unparalleled guest experiences and operational efficiency in all aspects of its business.

The Wellsworth Hotel, part of the Shaner Hotel Group, offers a remarkable opportunity for hospitality professionals to join a distinctive and historic property. Located in Southbridge, Massachusetts, this elegantly restored boutique hotel combines the allure of New England charm with modern conveniences. The 203-room Wellsworth Hotel boasts 24,000 square feet of cutting-edge meeting space, an IACC-accredited conference center, a full-service restaurant and lounge, indoor pool, and a comprehensive fitness center featuring racquetball and basketball courts. Situated within an hour’s drive from Boston and Hartford, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort, sophistication, and personalized service.

We are currently seeking an energetic, well-rounded individual to join our Food and Beverage team as Wait Staff. Wait staff at the Wellsworth Hotel take orders, serve food and beverages, and prepare tables to the highest standards. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods. Successful candidates play a key role in promoting the hotel’s reputation for quality and hospitality by greeting guests warmly, guiding them to their tables, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the dining area.

The ideal candidate will be flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and possess a commitment to food safety and quality as aligned with hotel and franchise standards. This demanding yet rewarding role offers the chance to develop hospitality skills within a supportive and professional environment. Working closely with the General Manager, department supervisors, and fellow staff, the Wait Staff contributes to seamless daily operations and helps uphold the Wellsworth Hotel’s esteemed service standards. This position provides an excellent platform for motivated individuals to advance in the dynamic hospitality industry while enjoying employment with a respected and growing hotel group.
