Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while working with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency in operating coffee machines and other equipment preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest level of guest care in line with Magnolia’s brand
- Greet guests with enthusiasm
- Create a variety of high-quality beverages and coffees per Magnolia’s standards and recipes
- Answer questions regarding coffee, cocktails, beer, wine and menu items to guests
- Maintain stock, cut, and store of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality and maintain highest quality
- Ensure that the beverage bar is fully stocked and all opening and closing duties are completed
- Prepare and sell menu items by following prescribed recipes and techniques
- Polish drinkware to ensure cleanliness for service and clean beverage equipment
- Assist with running drinks and food when needed
- Respond to guest needs when possible and or communicate to a manager if necessary
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables when needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Contribute to a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per TABC training and notify management of any issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
