This position requires the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor. Proficiency with coffee machines and related equipment is preferred, while a readiness to learn and adapt to evolving processes is also important. The role demands physical stamina to meet the dynamic restaurant environment's needs, including standing for extended periods, moving supplies, and occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and special events, reflecting the business’s operational needs. By joining Magnolia, the Restaurant Barista will be part of a reputable and respected brand dedicated to exceptional service and high standards, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience and the restaurant's continued success.
