Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly and accurate service
- point of sale entry including taking orders on the touch screen unit and cash handling
- assist the cook in filling orders
- food preparation
- maintain a clean and stocked environment in the Michigan Athletic Club
- follow all applicable health codes
- maximize sales and minimize food waste
