Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook for at least one year
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- Ability to prepare multiple food items in a limited time frame
- Reading, verbal and writing skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of food preparation and production
- Ability to use keyboard as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook for at least one year

- Ability to prepare multiple food items in a limited time frame according to Courtside Grill standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- Reading, verbal, and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle the physical demands of food preparation and production
- Ability to use a keyboard as may be required
- ServeSafe Food Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare foods according to the recipes and procedures of the Courtside Grill
- Provide safe handling and storage of food and chemicals as per Health Department standards
- Assist in food prep, dish washing and sanitation as needed
- Work as a team player to insure efficient and excellent production
- Provide a clean and sanitary environment for the safe handling of food
- Assist in solving work area problems by communicating ideas and solutions to supervisor and fellow care givers
- Assist in all other aspects of food service production as needed
