Reporting directly to the Facility Supervisor, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall atmosphere of the club's locker rooms and fitness floors. The attendant's commitment to exemplary customer service ensures that members receive a quality experience each visit.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with members in a professional yet friendly manner, possess a strong attention to detail, and have a passion for maintaining a pristine fitness environment. Duties include custodial and laundry services to keep locker rooms hygienic and well-stocked, organizing and inspecting fitness equipment, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed across the facility. Appearance and communication skills are vital, as the role involves representing the club in a professional manner to all members and guests.
