This role is integral in creating a positive first impression and fostering a warm, efficient environment for members and guests. The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for signing members and guests up for various club programs, assisting with scheduling and reservations, and managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a thorough understanding of club programs and operational software such as Club Automation. This position requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The part-time schedule includes Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., offering a balanced work-life arrangement for those seeking to contribute to a vibrant community fitness environment while maintaining other commitments. This role is categorized as non-benefit eligible, aligning with part-time employment standards within the organization. Candidates with a minimum of one year experience in concierge or desk attendant roles, preferably within a service or fitness environment, are encouraged to apply.
