Employees must be adept at multitasking, following directions, and performing basic math calculations to adhere to recipe measurements precisely. Physical stamina is also essential, as the job involves continuous standing, walking, bending, and handling heavy pans and kitchen equipment.

Delaware North values the well-being of its team members and offers a benefits package to provide comfort, safety, and security. Benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and training and development opportunities to enhance career progression. The company champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all applicants receive equal consideration regardless of background or status.
