Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Professional appearance standards
- No visible tattoos
- No facial piercings
- Natural hair colors only
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional late-night shifts

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming first impression for every guest
- Greet residents, guests, and customers upon arrival and departure
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Manage vehicle flow and help maintain an organized arrival and departure area
- Open doors and assist guests with luggage when needed
- Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process
- Build positive relationships with guests through professional, courteous service
- Respond to guest needs and requests with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
