Job Description
The Bellevue Club and Hotel is a prestigious athletic and social club located on Seattle's Eastside, serving as a gathering place for the Northwest's most celebrated and visionary citizens. This upscale establishment merges an extensive 250,000 square feet of world-class fitness facilities with four innovative dining spaces, along with unique recreational, social, and business areas, making it a hub of activity and community engagement. Members of the Bellevue Club enjoy a wide range of activities such as yoga classes, tennis matches, lunches with family, wine dinners, and many more events designed to enrich their lifestyle. The property also features the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxury 66-room boutique hotel that provides guests with a refined and exclusive experience, accompanied by a full-service spa offering cutting-edge wellness services and treatments.
At the Bellevue Club Hotel, the Front Desk team plays a vital role in creating a memorable guest experience. This position is not just about handling routine check-ins and check-outs; it focuses on exceeding guest expectations through exceptional service that aligns with the luxurious standards of the hotel. As one of the first points of contact, Front Desk Agents are tasked with offering a warm and reassuring welcome to guests, helping them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. Furthermore, the Front Desk Agent often provides the final interaction before guests depart, making their last impression on the property equally significant. The role demands an attentive, detail-oriented, and friendly individual who can foster a positive guest experience by addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
This opportunity is hourly, with a pay rate of $24 per hour, and includes a comprehensive suite of benefits after a 60-day period such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, free access to club facilities, complimentary group fitness classes, valuable discounts at club restaurants and spa services, and free parking. The Bellevue Club fosters a fun, thriving, and dynamic environment, offering employees advancement opportunities, recognition, and ongoing training and development in a recently remodeled hotel and state-of-the-art fitness facility. If you have a passion for hospitality and are eager to provide excellence in service in a professional yet casual setting, this role offers the ideal platform for career growth within a renowned social and athletic club.
