The Restaurant Manager role at Pacific Hospitality Group is a pivotal position that focuses on leading the Food & Beverage team to ensure guests receive outstanding service and quality daily. This is a full-time leadership role based in Huntington Beach, where the manager will play an integral part in driving profitability and operational success. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations including hiring staff, conducting training programs, scheduling employees efficiently, and performing regular performance evaluations. A key responsibility of this role is to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will carefully monitor operational costs and collaborate closely with the management team to optimize resources and enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • valid food handler certification
