The role involves operating garage car elevators to park or retrieve owner, guest, and associate vehicles, ensuring the utmost care and safety at all times. The Valet Associate serves as an important onsite representative of the property, often being the first point of contact for those arriving and departing.

The Valet Associate must demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor and maintain an appearance that aligns with the association's guidelines and company policies. In addition to parking duties, the Valet Associate provides assistance with directions, arranges transportation services such as taxis and limousines, collaborates closely with the concierge team to communicate important resident information, and helps during busy periods as needed.

Additional responsibilities include assisting residents with packages, reporting maintenance or cleaning needs, engaging in light property upkeep such as snow shoveling and ice melt application, and responding promptly and courteously to all requests and concerns. The Valet Associate role also supports a range of tasks like dog walking for residents and managing temporary walk-off mats during inclement weather.

This position is hourly and offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The role requires individuals who have a strong customer service background, possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The Valet Associate is an integral part of the on-site team, helping to foster a welcoming, efficient, and secure community environment.
