Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Presenting menus to guests and informing them of special menu items
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Maintaining knowledge of menu offerings and food preparation
  • Providing hospitality that meets and exceeds company standards
  • Accurately quoting wait times and managing reservations and waitlists
  • Observing and assessing table availability and cleanliness
  • Cleaning and organizing menus and front desk area
  • Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries about the menu and restaurant
  • Assisting servers by clearing tables, bussing, and resetting for new guests
  • Interacting with guests to ensure positive dining experiences
  • Filling to-go orders according to specifications
  • Maintaining restrooms during shifts
  • Supporting food servers and kitchen staff with various duties
  • Adhering to company dress code and personal grooming standards
  • Demonstrating integrity and honesty in employment
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
