As an LPN/RN at Clarendale of Addison, the nurse will be instrumental in assisting residents with their activities of daily living, monitoring health changes, administering care as prescribed by physicians, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive support. This role requires vigilance in recognizing medical and behavioral changes, responding promptly to emergencies, and maintaining detailed reports. The community not only values technical nursing skills but also emphasizes the need for a hospitality-driven approach that fosters responsiveness, respect, and a genuine connection with residents. Employees are expected to embody Clarendale’s hospitality promises, which include greeting residents and colleagues warmly by name, listening attentively, anticipating needs, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Clarendale of Addison offers a sign-on bonus of $1000 after 90 days of employment, reflecting their investment in attracting and retaining quality nursing staff.
