The Executive Health Clinic at Park Nicollet is currently seeking a dedicated EMT, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Assistant (MA) to join the team as a Concierge Care Navigator. This full-time role is essential in providing a seamless and personalized care experience to Executive Health patients. The Concierge Care Navigator is the primary contact for patients, ensuring coordination and smooth navigation through all aspects of their visits. The position requires balancing patient access and administrative duties with concierge-level customer service, blending healthcare knowledge with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

As a Concierge Care Navigator, you will be instrumental in managing patient flow, coordinating scheduling, and collaborating with multiple clinical and support teams to guarantee an efficient and hospitality-driven patient experience. The role demands strong communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will be responsible for scheduling visits, providing patient support, and ensuring that each Executive Health visit is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. A BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross is mandatory, and candidates must hold a current license or certification as an EMT, LPN, or MA. This position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $20.13 to $34.99 based on credentials and experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical and dental insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and more. Job Requirements

  • BLS certification for health professionals through American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained
  • Graduate from accredited program for LPN, MA, or EMT
  • Current state license or certification for LPN, MA, or EMT
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and workflows effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to operate personal computer with common software applications

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or medical assistant program or EMT program
  • Current state license or certification as LPN, MA, or EMT
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Experience with electronic medical records or scheduling systems
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
