Job Description

Job Requirements
- Management experience in an upscale lounge, nightclub, bar, hotel, or high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership, guest-relations, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of beverage service, nightlife operations, and responsible alcohol service
- Experience with POS and reservation systems such as Toast and Resy
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 35 pounds.

Job Duties
- Lead front-of-house operations and maintain a strong floor presence
- Ensure polished, attentive service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Manage reservations, table assignments, guest flow, wait times, and venue capacity
- Recognize VIPs and regular guests and communicate special requests to the team
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house employees
- Coordinate with security, bartenders, servers, hosts, DJs, and management
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and address disruptive or intoxicated guests
- Control labor, beverage costs, inventory, waste, cash handling, and complimentary items
- Maintain venue cleanliness, organization, ambiance, and safety standards
- Complete nightly reports, incident reports, opening duties, and closing duties.
