We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining the fluid operations of our lounge and bar area, ensuring that guests receive prompt and friendly service, and that the space remains clean, attractive, and efficiently managed. As a Lounge Floor Runner, you will be the face of our casino hospitality, responsible for directly engaging with guests and attending to their needs with a combination of attentiveness, efficiency, and enthusiasm. The position involves a variety of tasks including operating cash registers, handling cash with accuracy, stocking and rotating bar inventory, and providing assistance to guests at gaming tables. You will also be responsible for keeping the lounge floor immaculate, managing drink orders, and assisting the managerial team with operational needs.
Your role will require exceptional customer service skills to remember and recognize regular customers, ensuring a personalized experience. Compliance with legal age requirements and safety regulations is crucial to this position, guaranteeing a secure environment for all patrons. Additional responsibilities include maintaining bar presentation, assisting with bar and gaming equipment maintenance, and responsibly managing supplies and inventory. Efficiency in multitasking is key, as you may alternate between roles involving drink service, cashier functions, and general housekeeping duties throughout your shift.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and operate cash register accurately
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- maintain cleanliness inside and outside the casino
- mix and complete drink orders efficiently
- remember regular customers’ names and monitor legal age requirements
- assist customers with gaming machine operations
- wear uniform and maintain neat appearance
- answer and screen telephone calls
- greet customers and take orders
- clean restrooms, dust, windows, floors, and empty trash
- clean tables and guest messes
- account for and make change for large amounts of cash
- receive and rotate bar products and change kegs
- use fire extinguisher and safety equipment
- complete casino restroom logs
- report personnel or policy issues to manager
- coordinate machine repairs and maintenance
- fill and serve drinks including beer, wine, and mixed beverages
- distribute and pick up drinks
- manage ice buckets, syrup boxes, and kegs
- vacuum, mop, sweep, wash glassware, and arrange bar displays
- handle disruptive customers professionally
- document incidents
- communicate inventory needs
- plan bar menus and create drink recipes
- order liquors and supplies
- serve bar snacks and food items
- tally transactions and receive payments
- assist patrons with verifying wins and payouts
- complete shift paperwork and balance tills
- perform other duties as assigned
