We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to become an essential member of our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and ambiance that our guests expect. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash handling and accounting duties, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the lounge and bar areas. You will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience by efficiently mixing and completing drink orders, remembering regular customers by name and face, and ensuring compliance with legal age requirements.
Beyond serving drinks, the Lounge Floor Runner acts as a vigilant and courteous ambassador of the casino, assisting patrons with gaming machine operations, maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the lounge and casino floor, and performing essential stock management including pricing, rotating, and displaying bar inventories. This position requires a hands-on approach to housekeeping tasks such as cleaning restrooms, dusting, emptying trash, and managing spills and messes promptly and discreetly.
This role demands not only excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills but also a responsible attitude towards safety and compliance. The candidate must be adept at handling large amounts of cash with accuracy, understanding and implementing safety protocols including the use of fire extinguishers and maintaining casino restroom logs. Furthermore, the Lounge Floor Runner will communicate effectively with management to report any personnel issues or policy violations, coordinate necessary maintenance and gaming machine repairs, and contribute to bar menu planning and inventory requisition.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to remember customer names and faces
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Serve food and snacks at the bar
- Assist patrons with verifying wins and process payouts
- Complete shift paperwork and balance tills
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
