Job Description
Westin Virginia Beach Town Center is seeking an experienced Bartender for the PM shift. The establishment offers Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance, Paid Leave, and a 401(k) plan. The role involves taking orders, preparing, and serving beverages and light meals to guests according to hotel specifications, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the outlet and equipment. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol
- 1-year experience as a Server or Barback preferred
- good understanding of the English language
- knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards
- certification in liquor, wine, and food service
- certification in alcohol awareness and CPR
- ability to use property management systems, computers, and point of sale systems
- previous guest/customer relations training.
