Ensuring the security of casino assets, controlling cash funds, and auditing shift reports are crucial parts of your responsibilities. Accuracy in paperwork, daily reporting, purchase tracking, inventory adjustments, and payroll auditing is expected to maintain transparent and reliable business practices.

Vendor management is another integral component of the role. You will prepare liquor orders, receive deliveries, stock the liquor store according to company standards, and maintain accurate product pricing for promotions and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be essential for preparing for liquor audits and balancing reports. You will also have responsibilities related to financial controls, such as preparing bank deposits for managerial approval and the meticulous recording of sales and purchases.

Flexibility is essential as this role requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, along with reliable communication accessibility via phone or message devices. Montana's Best Casinos values its team members and offers outstanding benefits including 401(k) plans, health, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and educational reimbursement programs.
