Job Description
Montana's Best Casinos, a division under the respected Town Pump Inc., is a prominent player in the hospitality and gaming industry. Known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences, Montana's Best Casinos prides itself on creating an inviting and engaging atmosphere where every guest feels recognized and valued. This is achieved through meticulous attention to service details, personalized attention, and a dedication to operational excellence. Town Pump Inc., the parent company, offers a robust portfolio of convenience stores, travel centers, and hospitality services in the region, making it one of the leading and most trusted names in Montana's service industry.
The role of Lounge Assistant Manager at Montana's Best Casinos is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Positioned as a key leadership role, the Lounge Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing restaurant lounge operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient management processes that align with the casino's operational standards. This full-time position demands a hands-on approach where attention to detail, leadership, and a passion for hospitality converge. The successful candidate will manage shift operations including customer service excellence, accounting responsibilities, vendor relations, inventory control, and team leadership. The role requires readiness to handle managerial duties in the absence of senior managers, including payroll, scheduling, inventory audits, and conflict resolution.
Working closely with the management team, the Lounge Assistant Manager will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment that upholds the casino's reputation for friendliness and professionalism. This position involves complex multitasking — from administrative office tasks to hands-on operational duties — ensuring all aspects of the lounge run smoothly and profitably. The ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and mentor staff is essential. Candidates should expect to work nights, weekends, and holidays and maintain reliable accessibility by phone or pager to address emergent issues promptly.
Town Pump Inc. supports its employees with comprehensive benefits, emphasizing wellness, financial security, and educational opportunities. Employees enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plans; health savings accounts; flexible spending accounts; paid time off; and tuition reimbursement programs. The workplace culture encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion, reflecting Town Pump's commitment to equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
If you bring a proactive and personable approach to leadership, have a passion for guest service, and want to develop your career within a leading casino and hospitality group, Montana's Best Casinos offers an exceptional platform to grow and excel. The Lounge Assistant Manager position combines a challenging and rewarding role with the backing of a reputable company dedicated to the success and development of its team members.
