Job Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Must pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain a clean professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • Track money and paperwork responsibly
  • Complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • Label keys and record vehicle details
  • Monitor lot regularly and report unsafe or suspicious activities
  • Ensure vehicles are parked securely according to policy
  • Keep parking area and booth clean and presentable
  • Assist customers with payments and parking questions
  • Use radios for team communication and support a positive work environment
  • Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations
  • Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs
