Job Requirements
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Must pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a clean professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle guest interactions with care and patience
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to use a personal cell phone for work communications
- Must be adaptable and open to learning new skills
Job Duties
- Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
- Track money and paperwork responsibly
- Complete shift logs and document parking activity
- Label keys and record vehicle details
- Monitor lot regularly and report unsafe or suspicious activities
- Ensure vehicles are parked securely according to policy
- Keep parking area and booth clean and presentable
- Assist customers with payments and parking questions
- Use radios for team communication and support a positive work environment
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations
- Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs
