We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in full-time or part-time roles as Porters. This role is vital for supporting the Service Department by ensuring seamless operations around the dealership and enhancing the customer's overall experience. The position involves parking customers' cars, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and occasionally driving customers to their local destinations as directed by the Service Director. Candidates do not need prior experience in all aspects of the role, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip new hires with the necessary skills. The role demands a responsible and detail-oriented team player who values customer satisfaction and works efficiently to maintain a safe and organized service area. Porters must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to fulfill driving duties safely and responsibly. Additionally, candidates will undergo a background check and drug test to meet our safety and professionalism standards. Physical stamina is important for this role, as it requires the ability to handle lifting tasks up to 50 pounds independently and assist in moving items up to 100 pounds with help from teammates. The job also involves standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and performing various movements such as kneeling or crouching.
