The Loss Prevention Specialist role at Hamrick's is a full-time hourly position based in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, reporting to the District L.P. Supervisor, Corporate L.P. Manager, or Store Management. This role entails working both day and night shifts, playing a crucial part in protecting company assets by preventing inventory shrinkage and losses. The Loss Prevention Specialist is tasked with identifying, preventing, correcting, and eliminating losses caused by internal errors, external theft, and paperwork mistakes. The position requires collaboration with the Store Management Team to maintain shrinkage control and involves conducting thorough internal and external investigations. Key responsibilities further include preparing detailed reports, participating in court testimonies, and interviewing relevant parties using physical observations and CCTV monitoring.
