The Renaissance Loss Prevention Officer role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of both guests and staff within this dynamic hotel environment. The position offers a fixed hourly wage of $24.50 and is eligible for overtime, emphasizing a fair compensation structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling all areas of the hotel, monitoring security feeds, conducting physical hazard inspections, and responding calmly to emergencies. This role demands a balance of strong investigative skills, effective communication, and a natural ability to provide excellent customer service while fostering a secure environment.

This position reports directly to the Loss Prevention Manager and involves relationship-building as a critical component, ensuring that incidents and disturbances are managed in a professional and de-escalated manner. The Loss Prevention Officer also supports other hotel departments with logistical tasks, adding variety and engagement to the daily responsibilities.
