As a Logistics Supervisor, you will lead and oversee a dedicated team of drivers, assistants, and ramp loaders to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of catering services to airline partners. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and coordinating transportation activities, assigning routes, and managing compliance with all relevant federal and airport authority regulations, such as DOT, OSHA, FDA, USDA.

Beyond route management, this role requires fostering a culture of safety and accountability, conducting team briefings, monitoring labor and fleet utilization, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance.
