Currently, Hub Group Final Mile is seeking Non-CDL Independent Contractors to join their team as Driver Helpers and operators of 26-foot box trucks equipped with lift gates. This role is designed for contractors who either own, rent, or lease the required truck and ideally work with their own driver helper to manage appliance delivery and installation routes. The position offers gross earnings up to $3,500 per week per truck, emphasizing local deliveries that allow drivers to be home daily. Payments are made weekly through direct deposit, with weekly settlements accessible online, ensuring prompt and hassle-free compensation.

The primary responsibility of this position involves working as an appliance delivery and installation contractor team. Contractor teams are expected to deliver home appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other similar items. Additionally, they perform basic hook-up and installation tasks following manufacturer specifications. This requires contractors to be proficient with basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances securely and efficiently.
