This job opportunity is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, which they employ daily in running the restaurant. However, this franchisee operates as a separate company and a distinct employer from McDonald's USA. All employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee. This role is for a Lobby Person, a vital member of the restaurant team responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests. The Lobby Person performs various tasks on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring the lobby and customer-facing areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Specifically, responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms hourly while restocking supplies, keeping lobby area tables, chairs, condiment stands, and all furniture clean and sanitized, including trash cans. Weekly tasks involve deck brushing floors and baseboards, while hourly duties also include cleaning windows and ledges, as well as drink and condiment areas inside and out.

Additional duties involve taking out the trash regularly, cleaning trash cans both inside and outside on a scheduled basis, and keeping the parking lot clear of debris before and after rush periods. The role also requires stocking and preparing the area for each shift according to operational needs.
