Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional education in hospitality or related field is preferred
- previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is highly desirable
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- familiarity with the local area and its attractions is a plus
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
