Job Duties

  • prepare and serve beverages following outlet recipes
  • provide club service for designated beverages
  • serve food and open wine and champagne bottles
  • prepare and serve coffee drinks
  • answer phones following service excellence standards
  • replace ashtrays and remove soiled wares
  • present guest checks and process payments securely
  • extend courteous salutations and invite guests to return
  • complete closing side duties including cleaning, securing stock, and documentation
  • assist servers for smooth service
  • communicate last call at closing
  • count and report tips
  • ensure maximum usage of supplies and prevent waste
  • use chemicals according to regulations
  • maintain compliance with grooming and service standards
