The role of lobby attendant is integral to preserving the excellence of our facility's public areas. This position involves a variety of responsibilities focused on cleanliness, safety, and guest support. As a lobby attendant, you will be expected to maintain pristine public spaces such as the atrium, pool area, and restrooms through sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Attention to detail and safety awareness are paramount, as you will also be responsible for identifying and removing hazards to protect guests and staff. Additionally, the role requires you to assist guests directly by delivering amenities upon request and supporting the housekeeping team by folding and delivering fresh linens. Because the job includes physical tasks, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds is necessary.
