Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
strong communication skills
adherence to company policies and procedures
commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Job Duties

maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces
deliver guest requests promptly and courteously
stock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are fully replenished
follow safety protocols and company policies
uphold confidentiality and handle guest information responsibly
maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication at all times
engage in physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
perform additional reasonable job duties as requested
