This role is full-time, operating Monday through Friday across various shifts, and offers employees a chance to earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment. The Loader Supervisor at R+L Carriers is responsible for managing both freight handlers and drivers to ensure the efficient coordination of dock activities and freight dispatching.
