This job opening is for an Outbound Loader Supervisor position at R+L Carriers’ Dallas, TX Service Center. This full-time supervisory role offers a competitive annual salary of $72,000, adjustable based on relevant experience. Candidates will work various shifts, including Wednesday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, Saturday 6 am to 4 pm, Sunday 10 am to 8 pm, and Monday to Friday from 5 pm to 3 am. Employees are eligible to earn one week of vacation after just 90 days of employment, reflecting the company’s commitment to work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
