Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years culinary experience with at least 5 years senior management
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Excellent multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • Five years in senior management roles
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Expertise in Northern Mexican cuisine preferred
  • Ability to manage food cost and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for fostering an educational kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team and direct day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, catering, purchasing, and receiving
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity for total guest satisfaction
  • Review and evaluate daily guest feedback actively
  • Oversee recipe execution and provide education to culinary and service staff
  • Direct food production and plating during service
  • Train line cooks effectively and ensure proper execution
  • Manage food cost percentages to meet or exceed budget
